Challenge
The German company, Acrolinx, had a powerful platform that helped business teams govern the quality and consistency of their content. However, the age of LLMs demanded a transformation from a legacy NLP pioneer into an AI-native system. Their evolution required more than a system upgrade. It called for a full business and brand reinvention.
With a lot of corporate budgets moving to technology departments for AI solutions, content platform decision-making shifted from content managers to technology leadership. We needed to speak to technologists while also appealing to content managers and marketers.
Solution
Through stakeholder interviews, research, and brand strategy, we found that Markup AI goes beyond AI-assisted content generation. We helped them define their new higher-level category, Content Guardian Agent℠
With strategy locked, we built the brand from the ground up: name, logo, tagline, and identity system; a suite of icons and symbols; trade show presence; website, sales deck, brochure design and copy; and templates for white papers, emails, and webinars. Every touchpoint reinforces the same truth: that Markup AI gives organizations the confidence to boldly embrace AI with guardian agents embedded in their workflow.
