Acrolinx had built something genuinely powerful: a platform that helped business teams govern the quality and consistency of their content. The age of LLMs demanded a transformation from a legacy NLP pioneer into an AI-native system. Their evolution required more than system upgrade—it called for a full business and brand reinvention. The New York-based marketing firm Ricciardi Group invited us into the project as their strategic and creative partner. Together with the client's new leadership team, we remade the German technology company into the New York-headquartered brand, Markup AI.
Through stakeholder interviews, research and brand strategy, we helped Markup AI define their new category: Content Guardian Agent℠
With strategy locked, we built the brand from the ground up: name, logo, tagline, and identity system; a suite of icons and symbols; trade show presence; website, sales deck, and brochure design and copy; and templates for white papers, emails, and webinars. Every touchpoint reinforces the same truth: that Markup AI gives organizations the confidence to boldly embrace AI, knowing there's a guardian agent embedded in their workflow.
